  • No investment: TOBB.world is NOT a token offering, financial service, or investment instrument.
  • No liability: We provide the site "as-is." Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us (currently zero).
  • Eligibility: You must be 18+ and not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing TOBB.world (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

TOBB.world is the public portal for the TOBB Imperial House of Technology. The Site currently functions as an informational landing page and waitlist for a future sovereign namespace registry.

Important Disclosures:

  • Not a Live Registry: The Site is a pre-launch interface. No names are currently being minted or registered.
  • No Token Offering: TOBB does not have a public token. Any claims to the contrary are fraudulent.
  • No Investment Advice: Content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions or similar international restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information via the waitlist.
  • Impersonate any person or organization.
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or submit data.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and logos on TOBB.world are the property of the TOBB Imperial House of Technology or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Site without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY FUTURE PRODUCT WILL BE RELEASED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOBB IMPERIAL HOUSE OF TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICH IS CURRENTLY **ZERO**.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the TOBB Imperial House of Technology and its officers from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
